Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! Because our pH-adjusting lipstick is a personal beauty product, we can only accept returns in the following case:

Damaged on Arrival: If your lipstick arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To process your return, we’ll need clear photos of the product and its packaging. Once approved, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items
- For safety and hygiene reasons, used or opened lipsticks cannot be returned.
- We cannot accept returns for reasons such as color preference, as the lipstick adapts uniquely to your pH and is designed to be a personalized shade.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at tintphul.help@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and a short description of the issue.
- Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
- Once approved, we’ll send you instructions for your return or replacement.
